What Should I Worry About More?

Is it good or bad that I'm more worried about the quality of my Christmas gifts than I am about whether I'll have a job or not in the coming weeks? It's just that being laid off isn't something I can control. I'm sure that senior management will do what they want no matter how good I am at my job. However, if I give a chintzy gift...well, that's all on me.
